Pay your rent via PayID (ABN) — step-by-step guide
To make paying rent easier and more secure, our office accepts rent payments via
PayID (ABN). This allows you to transfer rent using our PayID/ABN,
without entering BSB and account numbers.
Before you start
- Please use your internet banking or banking app to make the payment.
- Please make sure you have your tenancy ID as your payment reference
(if unavailable, please use your full property address).
Step-by-step (see screenshots below)
- Open your banking app / internet banking and go to Pay / Transfer / Payments.
- Select PayID as the payment method.
- Choose PayID type ABN.
- Enter the PayID (ABN) provided in your lease / payment instructions.
- Confirm the PayID name shown matches the payment details provided before continuing.
- Enter the rent amount and add your reference:
tenancy ID (or full address if tenancy ID is unavailable).
- Review the details, then click Pay / Submit / Confirm.
Important notes
- Payments may take time to appear as cleared (especially after hours, weekends, or public holidays).
- If you experience any issues, please contact our office and we will assist.
