Pay your rent via PayID (ABN) — step-by-step guide

To make paying rent easier and more secure, our office accepts rent payments via PayID (ABN). This allows you to transfer rent using our PayID/ABN, without entering BSB and account numbers.

Before you start

  • Please use your internet banking or banking app to make the payment.
  • Please make sure you have your tenancy ID as your payment reference (if unavailable, please use your full property address).

Step-by-step (see screenshots below)

  1. Open your banking app / internet banking and go to Pay / Transfer / Payments.
  2. Select PayID as the payment method.
  3. Choose PayID type ABN.
  4. Enter the PayID (ABN) provided in your lease / payment instructions.
  5. Confirm the PayID name shown matches the payment details provided before continuing.
  6. Enter the rent amount and add your reference: tenancy ID (or full address if tenancy ID is unavailable).
  7. Review the details, then click Pay / Submit / Confirm.

Important notes

  • Payments may take time to appear as cleared (especially after hours, weekends, or public holidays).
  • If you experience any issues, please contact our office and we will assist.
