In the fields of government, business, law and education, Lionel has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism and cross-cultural expertise. He began his career as a Portfolio Manager at PICA Group, Australia’s largest property services and consultancy firm. During this time, he also trained and qualified as a lawyer. He later moved to China as Engagement Manager for the American Chamber of Commerce, where he strengthened trade and diplomatic relations across industries. More recently, Lionel has served as a Senior Advisor for a major political party in the 2025 federal election, leading multicultural engagement across 11 key electorates nationwide. He directed campaign strategy in several Victorian seats, achieving results that significantly outperformed the national two-party-preferred average. Lionel is now bringing his expertise back to the property industry, with a focus on the acquisition and disposition of all property asset types, commercial and retail leasing, off-the-plan residential developments, owners corporation and management rights transactions.
